A few things for solvers to bear in mind:
- Not all clues are Ximenean.
- As is custom amongst British cruciverbalists, I take Chambers Dictionary to be the supreme court of arbitration, but I also consider the OED and Wikitionary to be authoratative.
- I use both IVR and ISO country codes.
